CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 70
Notices to appellants in custody
Where an appellant is in custody and is entitled or has obtained leave to be
present at the hearing and determination of his application or appeal, the
Registrar shall notify the appellant and the Commissioner of Correctional
Services of the probable day on which the appeal or application will be heard.
