CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 20
Fine to be repaid
An appellant who has been sentenced to the payment of a fine and has paid the
same or any part thereof shall, if his appeal is successful, be entitled,
subject to any order of the Court of Appeal, to the return of the sum paid by
him.
