CRIMINAL APPEAL RULES - RULE 13

Transcript in legal aid case

Where a solicitor or counsel has been assigned to an accused person under the
Legal Aid in Criminal Cases Rules ( Cap 221 sub. leg.) or where an accused
person is not legally represented, the Registrar may, and on the direction of
a judge shall, supply without charge any transcript furnished under rule 12.
