Fees

PART III

LICENSING

(1) The fees payable under the Ordinance shall be the fees specified in the
First Schedule.

(2) No fee paid shall be refundable. (Enacted 1985)

___ Note: Certain fees payable under this regulation in respect of a travel
agent's licence within the period from 1 June 2003 to 31 May 2004 are waived

(please see the Travel Agents (Waiver of Fees) Regulation 2003 (L.N. 139 of
2003)).
