Meetings of Advisory Committee

PART II

ADVISORY COMMITTEE

(1) The Advisory Committee shall meet as often as may be necessary for the
consideration of any matter referred to in section 8 of the Ordinance or as
the Chairman may, by notice in writing to each member, direct.

(2) The procedure at a meeting of the Advisory Committee shall be such as the
Chairman may determine.

(3) At any meeting of the Advisory Committee the Chairman shall have a casting
vote in addition to a deliberative vote. (Enacted 1985)
