TRAVEL AGENTS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4

Publication of register

(1) As soon as practicable after 1 January of every year, the Registrar shall
prepare and publish in the Gazette a list of the names and registered
addresses of all persons whose names appear on the register as being licensed
on the date specified in that list and the period in respect of which they are
so licensed.

(2) As soon as practicable after 1 July of every year, the Registrar shall
prepare and publish in the Gazette a list of the names and registered
addresses of all persons whose names were added to the register or whose
licence has been renewed together with, in each case, the period in respect of
which they are so licensed between the date specified in the list published
under paragraph (1) and the date specified in the list published under this
paragraph. (Enacted 1985)
