TRAVEL AGENTS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 12

Duplicate licence

On payment of the fee specified in the First Schedule the Registrar may issue
a duplicate of a licence to a licensee if-

   (a)  the licence permits the carrying on of the business of a travel agent
        at more than one address;

   (b)  the licence is amended to permit the carrying on of the business of a
        travel agent at an additional address; or

   (c)  he is satisfied that the licence has been lost, stolen, damaged or
        destroyed. (Enacted 1985)
