EASTERN HARBOUR CROSSING ROAD TUNNEL BY-LAWS - BYLAW 11

Traffic confined to left-hand lane

(1) The following vehicles shall, except when otherwise directed by a
tunnel officer, be driven only in the nearside lane of a road tunnel-

   (a)  a bus;

   (b)  a goods vehicle having a permitted gross vehicle weight in excess of
        5.5 tonnes;

   (c)  a vehicle requiring a permit under by-law 18;

   (d)  a vehicle to which by-law 19 applies;

   (e)  a vehicle towing another vehicle.

(2) In paragraph (1) "bus" (巴士) and "goods vehicle" (貨車) have the same
meaning as in the Road Traffic Ordinance ( Cap 374). (Enected 1989)
