Designation of guarantee agreement
The agreement (referred to therein as the "Deed of Guarantee") specified in
the First Schedule to this notice is hereby designated as the guarantee
agreement for the purposes of the definition "guarantee agreement" in section
2 of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1986)
