General prohibition of use of non-metric units in documents

Subject to paragraph 3, the use of non-metric units in documents submitted
under the Public Bus Services Ordinance ( Cap 230) and the Cross-Harbour
Tunnel Ordinance ( Cap 203) on or after the commencement of this order is
prohibited.
