METRICATION AMENDMENTS (DANGEROUS GOODS ORDINANCE) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 5

Amendment of specified enactments

(1) Without prejudice to paragraph 2, 3 or 6, the enactments specified in the
first column of the First Schedule are amended by deleting, wherever it
occurs, the expression specified in the second column thereof opposite each
such enactment and substituting in each place the expression specified in the
third column thereof opposite each such enactment.

(2) Without prejudice to paragraph 2, 3 or 6, the enactments specified in the
first column of the Second Schedule are amended to the extent and in the
manner set out in the second column thereof.
