METRICATION AMENDMENTS (PLACES OF PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT REGULATIONS) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 6

Saving

In respect of any premises which, on 1 April 1977, are licensed or are the
subject of an application to be licensed as a place of public entertainment
under the Places of Public Entertainment Regulations ( Cap  172 sub. leg.), or
in relation to which, before 1 April 1977, documents have been submitted under
the Places of Public Entertainment Regulations ( Cap 172 sub. leg.) to the
Director of Building Development, the said regulations shall continue to apply
as if they had not been amended by paragraph 5. (L.N. 76 of 1982; L.N. 94 of
1986; L.N. 291 of 1993)
