METRICATION AMENDMENTS (EDUCATION REGULATIONS) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 6

Saving

In respect of any premises which, on 1st April 1977, are registered or are the
subject of an application to be registered as a school under the
Education Regulations ( Cap 279 sub. leg.), or in relation to which, before
1st April 1977, documents have been submitted under regulation 3 of the
Education Regulations ( Cap 279 sub. leg.), the said regulations shall
continue to apply as if they had not been amended by paragraph 5.
