METRICATION AMENDMENTS (BUILDINGS ORDINANCE) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 5

Amendment of specified enactments

(1) Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 2 or 3, the provisions of
the enactments specified in the first column of the First Schedule are amended
by deleting, wherever it appears, the expression specified in the second
column thereof opposite each such provision and substituting in each place the
expression specified in the third column thereof opposite each such provision.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 2 or 3, the enactments
specified in the first column of the Second Schedule are amended to the extent
and in the manner set out in the second column thereof.
