METRICATION AMENDMENTS (BUILDINGS ORDINANCE) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 3

Circumstances in which non-metric units to be used after 31st March 1977 but before 1st January 1980

Non-metric units shall continue to be used in documents submitted under the
Buildings Ordinance ( Cap 123) after 31st March 1977 but before 1st January
1980 where such documents constitute amendments to, or otherwise relate to,
documents previously submitted in which non-metric units have been used,
unless such previously submitted documents are resubmitted incorporating the
use of metric units.
