TERMINATION OF PREGNANCY REGULATIONS - REGULATION 4
Notice of termination of pregnancy
A medical practitioner who terminates a pregnancy shall, not later than 3 days
after the termination, complete Form 3 in the Schedule and send it in a sealed
envelope to the Director.
