AERIAL ROPEWAYS (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 10
Pre-operational examinations and tests
Every day before the commencement of operation of an aerial ropeway for the
carriage of members of the public, the controller on duty at that time shall
carry out a visual examination or test of such indication, control and safety
devices as may be required by the Director. (L.N. 240 of 1981)
