Rule where attesting witness is a solicitor

If the attesting witness and deponent is a solicitor, and described as such,
the entry of the satisfaction will be directed by the Registrar (the papers
being otherwise correct) as of course; but in special circumstances the
Registrar may accept any other deponent, if satisfied that he is a proper
person to attest and verify the signature and consent. [cf. Practice Masters'
