Memorandum of satisfaction of bill of sale

Amendments retroactively made - see 25 of 1998 s. 2 A memorandum of
satisfaction may be ordered to be written upon a registered copy of a bill of
sale on a consent to the satisfaction, signed by the person entitled to the
benefit of the bill of sale, and verified by affidavit being produced to the
Registrar and filed in the High Court.
