COUNTRY PARKS AND SPECIAL AREAS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 16A

Attendants

(1) The Authority may appoint any person to be an attendant of a
specified zone for the purposes of these regulations; and an attendant shall
have such powers and discharge such duties as are conferred on or imposed on
attendants under these regulations.

(2) The Authority shall issue to each attendant an identification document
that—

   (a)  gives the name of the attendant to whom it is issued; and

   (b)  states that it is issued by or on behalf of the Authority under these
        regulations.

(3) When exercising a power or discharging a duty under these regulations, an
attendant shall, if requested to do so, produce for inspection the
identification document issued to him in accordance with subregulation (2).
