COUNTRY PARKS AND SPECIAL AREAS REGULATIONS - REGULATION 16

Authorized officers

The Authority may appoint any public officer or class of public officer to be
an authorized officer for the purposes of these regulations; and an
authorized officer shall have such powers and discharge such duties as are
conferred on or imposed on authorized officers under these regulations.
