INDEPENDENT COMMISSION AGAINST CORRUPTION (TREATMENT OF DETAINED PERSONS) ORDER - PARAGRAPH 13

Complaints by detainees

Every complaint made by a detainee about the conditions under which he is
detained or the conduct of any officer shall, if not made in writing, be
reduced to writing by the officer to whom it is made, and as soon as possible
brought to the attention of an officer not below the rank of assistant
director and recorded in the detainee's arrest/detention sheet.
