Toilet facilities and exercise
Subject to such supervision and other measures as may be necessary to ensure
that he does not escape or injure himself, a detainee shall be provided with
adequate facilities and opportunity to wash, shower, shave, relieve himself
and take a reasonable amount of exercise.
