Offences and penalties

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of by-law 6, 7, 8, 9, 10(2),
12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 18B, 19, 20, 21(2), 22, 23 or 24 shall be guilty of an
offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $2000. (L.N. 288 of
