CROSS-HARBOUR TUNNEL BY-LAWS - BYLAW 24
Tobacco and naked flames
Caution: This is a past version. See the current version here.
When requested by a tunnel officer, a person in the tunnel area shall-
(a) extinguish a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe in his possession;
(b) refrain from exposing a naked flame or causing a spark.
