PREVENTION OF BRIBERY (EXCLUSION OF BODIES AND MEMBERS OF BODIES OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) NOTICE - PARAGRAPH 3
Exclusion of members
The persons specified in the third column of the Second Schedule (being
members of the bodies specified in relation thereto in the first and second
columns of the Second Schedule) are excluded from the definition of
"public servant" in section 2(1) of the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (
Cap 201). (Enacted 1987)
