PREVENTION OF BRIBERY (EXCLUSION OF BODIES AND MEMBERS OF BODIES OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) NOTICE - PARAGRAPH 2

Exclusion of bodies

The bodies specified in the second column of the First Schedule (being bodies
of the educational institutions specified in relation thereto in the first
column of the First Schedule) are excluded for the purposes of
the definition of "public servant" in section 2(1) of the Prevention of 
Bribery Ordinance ( Cap 201). (Enacted 1987)
