ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS RULES - RULE 12

Parties to be informed of decision

Amendments retroactively made - see 26 of 1998 s. 44 The applicant and the
respondent shall be informed of the decision of the Chief Executive in Council
by the Clerk to the Executive Council in writing within fourteen days after
the determination of the appeal or within such other time or in such other
manner as the Chief Executive in Council may specify.
