Termination of appointment of Unit Controller, and discharge
(Past version on 30/06/1997).
Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 76 of 1999 s. 3
The Chief Executive may on the recommendation of the Commissioner terminate
the appointment of a Unit or Sub-Unit Controller and discharge such a member
from the Corps.
