Notice of appeal

PART 3

LODGING APPEAL

(1) An appellant shall commence an appeal by serving on the Board Secretary a
notice of appeal in writing.

(2) The notice of appeal shall be served within 90 days after the date on
which the appellant was notified of the decision appealed against or within
such longer period as the Chairperson may allow.

(3) The notice of appeal shall be in such form as the Chairperson may specify.

(4) The notice of appeal shall—

   (a)  set out the grounds of the appeal and the facts relied on; and

   (b)  include a copy of all the documents the appellant intends to rely on
        and the particulars of all the witnesses he intends to call at the
        hearing.
