CIVIL CELEBRANT OF MARRIAGES APPOINTMENT APPEAL BOARD REGULATION - SECT 5
Board Secretary
(1) The Secretary for Security shall appoint a person to be the Secretary to
the Appeal Board.
(2) The Chairperson may give to the Board Secretary such directions as he
thinks fit for the purposes of this Regulation.
(3) The Board Secretary shall comply with any direction given under subsection
(2).
