Date, time and place of hearing

PART 4

HEARING AND DECISION

(1) Upon receipt of a notice of appeal, the Board Secretary shall fix the
date, time and place of the hearing.

(2) The Board Secretary shall, not less than 28 days before the date of
hearing, serve on the appellant and the Registrar notice of the date, time and
place of the hearing.

(3) A notice under subsection (2) shall be in such form as the Chairperson may
specify.
