(Enacted 1988) LANDS TRIBUNAL (FEES) RULES - RULE 2 Fees VerDate:30/06/1997 In proceedings before the Tribunal, the fee specified in, or the fee which may be fixed under, the third column of the Schedule shall be payable in respect of the item specified in the second column of the Schedule. (Enacted 1988) LANDS TRIBUNAL (FEES) RULES - RULE 3 Payment of fees VerDate:30/06/1997 A fee under these rules shall be payable either by adhesive stamps or by causing the relevant document to be franked with the amount of the fee. (Enacted 1988) LANDS TRIBUNAL (FEES) RULES - RULE 4 Power of registrar VerDate:30/06/1997 The registrar may reduce, remit or defer payment of any fee under these rules as he may think fit in any particular case and shall, if he exercises this power, endorse on the relevant document a note of the reduction, remission or deferment and of the reasons therefor.
