LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 9

Substituted service or notice

If it appears to the Tribunal that, after reasonable efforts, it has not been
possible to-

   (a)  effect service on any person in accordance with rule 7(1)(a) or

   (b)  ; or

   (b)  give notice to any person in accordance with rule 8(a) or (b), the
        Tribunal may dispense with service upon such person or may, under rule
        7(1)(c) or 8(c) (as the case may be), make an order for substituted
        service upon such other person or in such form (whether by
        advertisement in a newspaper or otherwise) as the Tribunal thinks fit.
