LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 77

Commencement of proceedings

Proceedings under the Ordinance shall be commenced by the applicant as
follows-

   (a)  under section 4 by filing with the Registrar a notice of application
        substantially in accordance with Form 27;

   (b)  under section 31 by filing with the Registrar a notice of application
        substantially in accordance with Form 29; (L.N. 281 of 2006)

   (c)  under Schedule 10 by filing with the Registrar a notice of application
        substantially in accordance with Form 29. (5 of 2007 s. 72) (Enacted
        1994)
