LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 74
Notice of appeal

Section C-Appeals (Part II)
(1) Proceedings under section 51D of the Ordinance shall be commenced by the
appellant filing with the Registrar a notice of appeal substantially in
accordance with Form 24.
(2) Proceedings under section 60 of the Ordinance shall be commenced by the
appellant filing with the Registrar a notice of appeal substantially in
accordance with Form 25.
(3) Proceedings under section 63A(6) of the Ordinance shall be commenced by
the appellant filing with the Registrar a notice of appeal substantially in
accordance with Form 26.
(4) Where the appellant is the landlord the respondent shall be the tenant and
where the appellant is the tenant the respondent shall be the landlord.
(5) The Commissioner of Rating and Valuation shall not be named as a party
without the leave of the Tribunal.
(6) A copy of the notice of appeal shall be served by the appellant on the
respondent not later than 7 days after it is filed.
(7) A copy of the notice of appeal shall be served by the Registrar on the
Commissioner of Rating and Valuation not later than 7 days after it is filed.
