LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 73
Notice of opposition
The respondent shall, if he wishes to oppose the application, within 14 days
of service of the notice of application upon him file with the Registrar, and
serve a copy thereof on the applicant, a notice of opposition substantially in
accordance with Form 7, stating the grounds thereof and that he wishes to be
heard. (Enacted 1994)
