Commencement of proceedings

Section B-Applications for cancelling or reducing increase in rent on account
of improvements (Part II)

(1) Proceedings under section 55A(8) of the Ordinance shall be commenced by
the tenant filing with the Registrar a notice of application substantially in
accordance with Form 23.

(2) A copy of the notice of application shall be served by the applicant
tenant on the respondent landlord no later than 7 days after it is filed.
