Service of notice of hearing

Service of notice of hearing (L.N. 281 of 2006)

The appellant, where he is neither the owner nor the occupier of the tenement
the subject of an appeal, on whom a notice of hearing has been given by the
Registrar under rule 14(1) shall serve a copy of the notice on the owner and
the occupier of the tenement within 7 days of being so notified by the
