Notice of appeal

PART XI

APPEALS UNDER THE RATING ORDINANCE

Appeals to the Tribunal under section 42 of the Rating Ordinance ( Cap 116)
shall be instituted by filing with the Registrar-

   (a)  a notice of appeal substantially in accordance with Form 19; and

   (b)  a copy of the decision which is the subject of the appeal. (Enacted
        1994)
