LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 53

Claims for compensation

(1) Proceedings under section 10(3) of the Ordinance shall be commenced by
filing with the Registrar-

   (a)  a notice of application substantially in accordance with Form 14; and

   (b)  a copy of the claim served on the power company under section 10(2) of
        the Ordinance.

(2) A copy of the application shall be served by the applicant on the
power company not later than 7 days after it is filed. (Enacted 1994)
