Notice of dispute
PART VII
PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE HONG KONG AIRPORT (CONTROL OF OBSTRUCTIONS) ORDINANCE
Where a dispute has arisen under section 25 of the Hong Kong Airport
(Control of Obstructions) Ordinance ( Cap 301), the notice under subsection
(2) of that section to be served on the Registrar shall be substantially in
accordance with Form 13. (Enacted 1994)
