Claims for compensation

PART VI

PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE FORESHORE AND SEA-BED (RECLAMATIONS) ORDINANCE

(1) Proceedings for determination of a claim by the Tribunal under
section 13(4) of the Foreshore and Sea-bed (Reclamations) Ordinance ( Cap 
127) shall be commenced by filing with the Registrar-

   (a)  a notice of application substantially in accordance with Form 12; and

   (b)  a copy of particulars of the injurious affecting of the interest,
        right or easement and of claims thereof, delivered to the Director of
        Lands under section 12(1) of that Ordinance.

(2) A copy of the application and particulars filed under subrule

(1) shall be served by the applicant on the respondent not later than 7 days
after it is filed. (Enacted 1994)
