LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 47

Disposal of applications under sections 23(2) and 28(2)

(1) An application under section 23(2) or 28(2) of the Ordinance may be dealt
with summarily by the Tribunal if it is not opposed by the Secretary or he
does not wish to be heard.

(2) Notwithstanding rule 27, an applicant may at any time before the hearing
withdraw his application under section 23(2) or 28(2) of the Ordinance,
without the leave of the Tribunal, by giving notice in writing thereof to the
Registrar and the Secretary. (Enacted 1994)
