LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 41

Disposal of applications under section 8(2) or 19(2)

(1) An application under section 8(2) or 19(2) of the Ordinance may be dealt
with summarily by the Tribunal if it is not opposed by the Director or he does
not wish to be heard.

(2) Notwithstanding rule 27, an applicant may at any time before the hearing
withdraw his application under section 8(2) or 19(2) of the Ordinance, without
the leave of the Tribunal, by giving notice in writing thereof to the
Registrar and the Director. (Enacted 1994)
