LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 3
Mode of application
PART II
PROCEEDINGS GENERALLY
Where no form of application to the Tribunal is prescribed by these Rules or
by any other enactment, the application shall be made in writing setting out
the nature of the relief applied for and the grounds of the application but no
particular form need be followed. (Enacted 1994)
