LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 28

Oral and written judgments

(1) The reasons for any judgment, decision or order of the Tribunal may be
delivered orally or in writing as the Tribunal shall think fit.

(2) Where reasons have been delivered orally the Tribunal shall, if so
required at any time by any party who has applied for a review under
section 11A or appealed under section 11 of the Ordinance, record those
reasons in writing. (Enacted 1994)
