LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 26
Right of audience
(1) A party may appear and be heard personally or by counsel or a solicitor or
by any other person allowed by leave of the Tribunal to appear instead of that
party.
(2) An application for leave under subrule (1) may be made in writing before
the hearing or orally at the hearing. (Enacted 1994)
