LANDS TRIBUNAL RULES - RULE 19

Mode of taking evidence

The evidence of witnesses at the hearing of any proceedings may be taken
orally on oath or affirmation, or by affidavit, declaration or otherwise as
the Tribunal thinks fit. (Enacted 1994)
