MATRIMONIAL CAUSES RULES - RULE 68A
Application by an applicant in a joint application for ancillary relief
(1) Any application by an applicant in a joint application for
ancillary relief shall be made by notice in Form 8B.
(2) Rule 111(1)(a) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the service of documents
relating to an application under this rule. (L.N. 172 of 1996)
